Entry#2: Winter!

Winter is my favorite. 

The cold, freezing, cold wind that nips at your nose and fingertips carrying little snowflakes, makes all your troubles go away. Fingers and toes are numb, but it’s a good feeling. It’s one of the wonderful things about the winter season.The winter season has many perks. 

 

I love to look out of the window at the white blanket covering the land. Everything disappears, hiding under piles and piles of white frozen water. I love to have a hot cup of milk chocolate or coffee while looking out the window. 

 

Winter is an amazing time of the year. There’s snow falling, children laughing, playing and making snowmen. Building a snowman while singing Christmas carols, it’s all really magical. It’s calm, relaxing, and happy. Spending it with your family makes  everything gorgues. Everyone is outside enjoying the weather or inside sitting in a warm blanket with a cup of hot milk chocolate, and also watching the snow as it falls like rain on a white, beautiful day. 

Along with winter comes Christmas, the best holiday of all. It is my favorite holiday around the year. In my culture, we do not celebrate it, but I love everything about it. Specially, the lights that glows in the darkness of the sky, and the white snow of the ground. 

I am so excited for the winter. I love it! 

Entry #1: What do I know about Blogs.

Blogs are websites that typically run by an individual or small group that is written in an informal style. Most of the blogs are written in a conversational style to reflect the personal views and voice of the bloggers. And some of business blogs were written to connect with target audiences and sell products. From my opinion, the most blogs I have read are personal blogs. I do like to read fun stuff sometimes. 

 

The first blog I read and liked is called "Sunday Sweets: It's Fall, Y'all." I liked it, it was fun to read this type of blogs. The most thing that I liked about this blog is that they are talking about fall season and also about sweets which is not my favorite, but I love to eat plain cakes. Vanilla flavors only, or chocolate. Sweets and fall season are beautiful things to talk about, specially that both have colorful colors. "http://www.cakewrecks.com."

 

The other blog that I read is called "Our Story." When I was reading this blog I remembered my childhood, and my family and relatives. I love family and I love to be in a family. I mean this blog is just cute to read and how it came big thing at the end. Family is everything in life, or in the other hand, FAMILY is LIFE.

The last but not least blog I read is called "Science of People - Best Business Improvement Blog." I did not like this blog, I mean I read it but did not liked it. I don't like to read anything about business stuff or topics. Not just business, also news, work, any type of boring stuff. I thing the stuff I mentioned are so boring to read about, that's for me! I like to work in business and have a job, but not my favorite to read in my relaxing time. I love funny, beautiful views, Beauty, or girls stuff to read about. So, I kind of enjoyed reading this blog a little bit, but not that much.

Practice Blog Post: Aman Daoud, Introducing my-self. 

Hello Everyone, welcome to my Blogs.

My name is Aman. I am 21 years old. I have two sisters and one brother. My old sister is living in New York. And my others siblings are here with my parents. 

I love to eat specially now because I am pregnant, so I am eating every two hours, lol. This is my first child ever. I am having a little girl, I am looking for beautiful name to name her when she arrive to the world, but could not find one until now, any cute girls names?! 

About my hobbies, I like to swim. And I also love to do my homework so early even before the due date but I don't, I always wait until last moment to summit my homework, which is a thing I want to work and fix in my life. 

Whatever, I am studying to be a Nurse, this is my first year at GCC. But, I did studied before to be MA in Brookline College. So, in 5 years I hope I will be a nurse. 

My expectations about this course is to pass it at least with a B, hopefully. 

In addition, I don't consider myself a writer because I like to speak better than writing, however, when I write I can write good things to make a beautiful paragraph. But when I speak I feel I can make people understand me better than when I write.
